The hotel had a central position adjacent to to absolutely nowhere else, and the beach. The twin room was well-kept and huge with twin beds❤👍

Think that this great looking hotel is beyond compare, liked it. Friendly staff, great views of the sea, everything is nice. The venue is placed in a central position right by the beach in the quieter area of town. Offers very good service and good food...

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

I had the most amazing view from my Superior Suite, where I could hear the soothing sound of the ocean with my windows wide open 🌊 The breakfast buffet was a feast of deliciousness-think local flavors and fresh juices, made my mornings brighter ✨ The staff were genuinely eager to please, making me feel right at home during my solo adventure.

All fine, but facilities need updating.

The breakfast was large and savoury, overall food was nice. Got the same apartment booked online with a bar and table with 4 chairs, for instance.

We thought the rooms were lovely and the staff helpful and the breakfast excellent

We wanted to use the sauna but it wasn't working unfortunately

Complete breakfast. Excellent value for money. Nice swimming pool. Very good room size we were 2 adults and 2 children. Taxi service at the door, at very reasonable prices.

hotel's a little hidden. It has 2 small beaches, nearby, are not tourist, easily accessible. If you like to go to the beach, it is not the hotel to walk 2 blocks and get there, it is to take a taxi to the beach. They didn't make us the room one day until after 16:00. last night when we arrived the bathroom was, all wet the floor and ceiling dripping. last night when we arrived at the bathroom, it was all wet on the floor and ceiling was leaking. maintenance man came and took out several liters of dirty water from the ceiling, water that contained human waste, emptied it into the sink and said that the maid would come to check the toilet and never arrived.

It boasts perfect, excellent location very close to which are on the opposite direction and the " pelourinho " and the atlantic coast. There's Figli Ristorante located easy walk to the hotel, recommend to try food there.

The staff, from the reception to housekeeping, were friendly and helpful even when, in the latter case, a language barrier presented itself. The reception was particularly on top of things, and at all hours.

Very large room with modern furniture. Immaculately clean. No noise from the corridor or the street. a nice pool with a good view of the sea. Breakfast buffet had a wide choice and good quality.

Many members of staff spoke no English or Spanish at all, even to the point of not even understanding a room number. Not really anything nearby, no beach, no restaurants and not even an atm.

This hotel is central, food is excellent, a very nice swimming pool in front of the sea.

This hotel is ranked 5 stars but frankly should have 3 maximum. 45 minutes minimum to receive a Club-Sandwich at the pool, a training room with bad equipements, any request to the staff executed with delay and without smile. I complain to the Manager in charge one or two times; he did his best but frankly, General Manager is either very bad or they should review their staff and explain them that they are working in a hotel where ghests can have requests. For those, who are used to 5 stars hotel in Europe, this hotel is definitively not to be recommenced.

The hotel is locatedn in a very nice place. The service is excellent. The breakfast is also very good. The room was confort and nice and clean. It was the best from Salvador!!!

Poor english speaking of staff and they work slow

The breakfast and that the room was big.

However on seaside, no direct access to the beach. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi was cold.
